Story Description (Hole In The Lake)

In the middle of winter a meteorite fragment strikes an out of service NASA satellite shifting its orbit causing it to re-enter the earths atmosphere. The satellite smashes through the ice and drives a crater into the bottom of a shallow bay on a nearly deserted lake. When summer comes, two young boys make the unusual discovery of the hole. Mystery surrounds it as strange things happen, then NASA gets involved and wants to get it back.
